The Lucky Gut Community Kitchen is a fully-licensed commercial kitchen that houses everything you need to get cookin’.
Our professionally designed, sparkling clean teaching kitchen is fully equipped with quality commercial equipment to make running your business easier!
Our kitchen is designed for:
Established small food businesses that are ready to increase production & profit margins.
Budding food entrepreneurs who are ready to start their businesses with minimal risk & without high overhead costs.
Packages & Pricing
AN OVERVIEW
At the start of the month, you’ll choose and commit to a monthly package. Payment for your plan and monthly membership fee are due on the 1st of the month that you plan to occupy the kitchen. Each plan is prepaid, so carefully consider the number of hours you will need!
Please note: bookings are first come, first serve and availability is currently limited.
FEE SCHEDULE
Registration Fee: $80 (+$20 Annual Renewal fee)
Membership Fee: $50 (billed monthly)
Note: The monthly membership fee keeps your business registered with The LGC regardless of your scheduled monthly rental time – if membership lapses, you will need to re-register upon return.
Membership also gives you access to a 10% discount on LGC classes & business incubation workshops.
Deposit: $250 (fully refundable, to be used in the case of damages/cleaning violations)

Things to Note:
The minimum amount of time that can be booked per month is 5 hours
Fees per your agreed upon contract are due regardless of use
Hours added after selection are billed hourly at the rate that reflects your overall time used

To work from our Community Kitchen, we require just a few things to get started:
- EIN/Tax Identification Number
- Food License
- Insurance
- ServSafe Certification
- Details on your food service operation
2 / APPLY TO JOIN
To get started working together, we ask a handful of questions to get to know your new or budding food service operation. Once you’ve clicked the below link, “Apply To Join,” and have submitted your answers, we will schedule a call to get you started in our kitchen.
3 / BOOK YOUR SPOT
Once you’ve been approved to join our Community Kitchen, you’ll have access to The Food Corridor, our third party booking service, to manage reservations, payment and all of the little details. Click the link below to create an account and book a time slot.
